Get to Know Me

Hello and good day. One of the most significant and largest financial decisions you will likely make involves buying or selling a home. If you are like most people, navigating this process can be confusing and stressful. I will serve as your steward and guide through each step of the process, ensuring your goals are reached and your interests are safeguarded.

If you are considering selling your home, I will help you enhance your home’s value to get top dollar, help with your pricing strategy, give your property maximum exposure in the marketplace, help negotiate the best contract, and manage your transaction so it proceeds smoothly and gets you where you want to go on time.

If you are considering buying a home, I will provide clarity around the buying process, ensure you don’t miss out on properties of interest, protect you from overpaying, and negotiate on your behalf.

I clearly explain the buying and selling process, ensuring all questions are answered. I use market data, business acumen, and expert people skills to demystify what can often be a complicated and stressful undertaking.

Supporting and caring for people in their real estate journey brings me great joy. Together, we will systematically progress through the buying or selling process. I take care of you, so you don’t have to worry.

By way of introduction, I am an enthusiastic and seasoned business professional born in Raleigh with deep generational roots in the City of Oaks. My lifelong love of home design, people, and community brought me to real estate. As a successful business leader with 30 years of focused experience in people management, strategic planning, and project execution, you will find me very inquisitive, organized, ethical, driven, discreet, and thorough. These qualities, along with my solid business acumen, serve as a winning foundation for long-lasting friendships and success.

When not helping clients, you’ll find me enjoying my family, creating something in the kitchen or garden, traveling, or learning something new. I look forward to meeting you and learning how I can assist with your real estate needs.
